2) #37billion to renovate NASS...as in...a building, just offices...
While our hospitals have few or no defibrillator,
Inadequate beds,
Few Ambulances,
Poorly equipped ICU,
Still using torchlight for surgery.
Even health education aspect is suferring
To mention a few
